These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional disclaimers or agreements referenced, govern your access to and use of tatianabudney.com and any affiliated Kajabi-hosted pages ("Website"), including all content, functionality, and services offered on the Everyday AI System digital course program.

By using this Website or purchasing the Everyday AI System, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Website or purchase any products.

We may update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept those changes.

Not share or distribute proprietary course materials, templates, or recordings

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for any violation of these guidelines.

Refund Policy — No Refunds on Digital Products

THE EVERYDAY AI SYSTEM IS A DIGITAL COURSE PROGRAM. DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE AND IRREVOCABLE DIGITAL NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT — INCLUDING INSTANT ACCESS TO COURSE MATERIALS, VIDEOS, TEMPLATES, AND RESOURCES — ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the Everyday AI System is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase
No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-use, or change of mind
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after purchase are a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action and permanent account termination
All sales are final at the time of purchase

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. By purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge and accept the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Third-Party Services & Payment Responsibility

The Everyday AI System may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi, Calendly, Typeform). Any payment or subscription made through these platforms is subject to their terms and conditions. By using these services, you acknowledge:

Your payment agreement is with the provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), not Tatiana Budney
You are solely responsible for fees, interest, or disputes
Refunds are not offered — see Refund Policy above

Recorded Calls & Deletion Timeline

Sales or coaching calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance
Sales call recordings are deleted 30 days after final contact
Coaching call recordings or session notes are deleted 30 days after program completion

Data Use & Retention

We retain client and marketing data as follows:

Client Data:

Name, email, and transaction history: Retained for tax and legal purposes
Session notes, call recordings, progress materials: Deleted 30 days post-program
Support messages: Deleted after 30 days of inactivity

Marketing Data:

Emails and inquiries: Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested
Non-sensitive email correspondence: Retained as needed for marketing and engagement

Limitation of Liability

Tatiana Budney is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Website or programs. All services are provided "as is" with no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Arbitration Clause

At our discretion, we may require that any disputes be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to pursue claims in court or as part of a class action.
